    This was my first time having shrimp and grits too... And boy was I pleasantly surprised!! This dish was delicious and quick. I loved it, sooooo good!

    I have never had shrimp and grits before and always wanted to try. Being how I am, on the spur of the moment, I hopped online, found this recipe and it was wonderful. I didn't use lemon wedges or the parmesan, but did use the lemon juice and added a dash of garlic salt. It was great!! Easy and taste great, can't get better than that!

    Wow! this was my first time making grits. I didn't use instant because the store I went to didn't have any so they took longer to cook but it was well worth it. I used Argentinian red shrimp and I didn't have any regular parsley so I used Italian flat leaf. The grits were creamy and cheesy.

    This is one of my favorites. It is fast and easy. I sometimes substitue lime for the lemon. Both ways are good.
