    generally well received but too salty: need to cut the salt in half. Better with half the salt in the grils, used salted butter and no salt in the shrimp plus the parm cheese. Only change other than the salt was to double the Parm cheese.

    I followed the recipe exactly except that I used between 3/4 and 1 cup of the grits and the dish came out GREAT! I just emailed the recipe to my sister after raving about how easy it was to make and how delicious it was. This will now become one of my go-to recipes when deciding what to make for dinner.

    I was skeptical because of the grits, but I loved it! I think it might be good with mashed potatoes substituted for the grits as well.

    Very good! First time I made it my family didn't think there was enough grits. Doubled the grits recipe and added extra cheese and they were instant fans.
