I loved this combo of flavors. I think julienned radishes would be nice too. Terrific dish.

This dish is delicious!! I have made it several times for my husband and I and for family guests. It would be an awesome side to bring to a summer cookout or potluck. I also added shrimp cooked with some dried cilantro, mint, and basil which can make this side a main dish! The more this dish sits the better it tastes too, fantastic leftovers! LOVE IT! Suggestion to serve with the peanuts on the side for those with allergies and so they don't get soggy :

This salad was delicious with lots of textures and flavors. You just feel healthy eating it. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meat. Yum!

Absolutely delicious. Made it for a dinner with friends, loved it so much that I made more a few days later. I couldn't wait to eat it every day! This will be a staple in my kitchen this summer.

Great salad/side dish! The flavors are very Thai influenced. I made it for a potluck and many people asked for the recipe.
