One of the best fish recipes we've ever tried! We didn't have sole, so we used bass caught fresh from our private lake. We also didn't have thyme, so we substituted terragon & used wine instead of water, as several other reviewers suggested! Cooking in 2 skillets at the same time works out well because the fish stays warm.

This was so flavorful & easy, Very Good. I "flipped" the fish in the sauce just before serving instead of spooning it over.
Next I want to try with White Wine, sounds yummy

plate lickin' good! The fish was juicy and soo flavorful! I took the other reviewer's advice and added white wine instead of water and it turned out great. Will, for sure, add to my favorites...

This recipe was as easy as could be. Instead of the water I used white wine and it was fabulous. Next time I'm going to add a little garlic to it and see how that goes.

We really enjoyed this simple dish. Since my husband and son have managed to fill my freezer with trout fillets this summer, I used it in place of the sole. It worked beautifully. Quick, easy and delicious!

I made this last night and it was a big hit. Because I had somewhat thick pieces, I didn't turn off the stove when I fliped the filet. I simple turned it down to medium heat. I also added an extra spoonful of lemon and a teaspoon of good white wine to the sauce. Definately will make again.

I have made this with flounder and talapiia several times and it is wonderful. Any good white fish will work wiith this.
