This was so thick and creamy the day that I made it but the next day when I went to use it, it was very watery. I had to throw it away...

WoW! Just made this using Greek yogurt and it is fantastic! I can only imagine how good it will be when it sits in the fridge for a bit!

This was excellent but I used Greek yogurt and thinned it a little with milk.

This was so great, I'm never buying it in a store again. Actually, I can't right now because I'm living out of country so I had no choice but to make my own and wow what a great recipe. I put a little more than 1/2 cup of blue cheese in it and blended it to make it really fine and creamy. Next time I'd like to add chives

Really good! Used non-fat yogurt (couldn't find low-fat, but still came out so light and yummy! Not a fan of very strong blue cheese dressing, so this was perfect.

It was very good. I made the mistake of using low fat sour cream and it turned out too thick.
It did not thicken until after I put individual servings into ramekins. Next time I will use the Greek
yogurt and use milk to thin it out.

I thought this was great - once I got it right! I accidentally (and stupidly grabbed vanilla low-fat and it was probably one of the most awful things I ever tasted. I had a bunch of Greek low-fat yogurt so I remade it and thought it was one of the best dressings I've ever had. I would definitely advise using a Greek yogurt because it gives the dressing a great creamy texture. The regular dressing (besides the taste just didn't have the right texture.
