Delightfully tasty, low calorie Italian dressing. We had a ton of grape tomatoes, and yes, I cut them in half and grated them. (A dedicated foodie We made a salad of Romaine, Grape Tomatoes, shaved Carrot, Celery and Avocado. We would have added Cucumber and mixed Bell Pepper if we had them in the fridge. We drizzled the salad with this delicious Italian Dressing, topped with shredded Parmesan and a grind of fresh cracked Pepper. I will add Croutons next time, YUM!

This was a good start. I felt it was really lacking in flavor and I did add a good dose of garlic. With the changes, it was pretty darn good.

This is pretty good and a great low calorie option to bottled dressing. I usually have to at least double the spices to add flavor but i'd rather do that and save calories.

I thought this was a decent dressing, but a little overpowered by the mustard and lemon. I'm anxious to see how it tastes next day allowing the flavors to merge a little better.

I used the dressing (doubled the recipe in a pasta salad and it was very good! I added sweet peppers and red onion to it and all the flavors worked well together. I wish I made it the night before so the flavors could meld and penetrate the pasta but for the first try it was great! There was just enough for me to take some home.

I just made the Tomato Light Italian dressing and I can't believe how easy and tasty it is! Could be my new favorite. I did add a tiny bit of honey.
