    Great flavor! You can broil the steak, I use a Flank Steak. Score the steak before you marinate, broil for about 5 minutes on 1st side and about 3 on other side. Let it sit, covered about 5 minutes, while you ...Microwave the onions for about 3 minutes. Broil the toast , carefully, about 1 or 2 minutes. Slice steak and serve.

    The steak and marmalade were perfect for our Sunday night cook-out. I halved the receipe for the marmalade with no problem.

    Very tasty, the onions turned out great. We used one onion and guessed on the rest. Was enough for two of us. We also used a baguette and it worked fine cutting it at an angle for larger slices. Really good combination of flavors with the garlic butter, onions and arugala. Horseradish to top it off is great if you like that.
