Absolutely easy to make and very savory. Probably the easiest to make and the tastiest combination. My family loves it.

This recipe was far from what I expected, it had very little flavor. Was really not the quality recipe food network usually puts out!! So disappointed!! :(

I too found this recipe to be bland. We made slight changes to the recipe; we decided to use the Pecorino Romano cheese and Heavy Cream that is used in the original Kentucky Hot Brown recipe from the website of the Brown Hotel in Louisville (the inventor of the Kentucky Hot Brown. We also added a tsp. of nutmeg, per Bobby Flays version of this recipe. The flavor and taste was still bland, bland, bland! In all fairness, we would make this dish again but would add more herbs (sage and spices.

I have to admit that I am not even happy enough to be disappointed! Bland, bland, bland! Maybe using Asiago cheese or something else that has strong flavor might help. I can find MUCH better use for left over turkey.
