Delicious! I used whole wheat flour for the white sauce and added shrimp. This is light and tasty. We loved it!

Forget the original fettuccine alfredo! This dish had all the flavor and indulgence, without the guilt. My family didn't even need to add cheese on top! YUM....I will definitely make this again.

Wow! This was a great Alfredo sauce, and so easy to pull together. My husband was pleasantly surprised it was low-cal. I added an extra clove of garlic (because we love garlic!, a cup of mushrooms(I'll add 2 cups next time, and at the very end, tossed in some smoked salmon. It was an almost perfect knock-off of a local restaurants dish.

Easy, quick recipe and very creamy. It did not taste low cal or low fat. I used Garden Delights fettuccine to add 4 grams of fiber and one serving of vegetables per serving. It made the recipe even healthier and didn't take away from taste.

Great alternative to my favorite food of all time - fettuccine alfredo. I added a dash of ground nutmeg and a squeeze of lemon juice and it was absolutely yummy. It is more of a lemon cream sauce but close enough to the real thing with fewer calories. Will definitely make again and again!

This is definitely not an alfredo sauce and that is why I reduced the stars to three. It tastes like a lemon cream pasta. If it had been named appropriately I would have given it four stars because it's pretty good.

It was delicious! I did change/add some things. I added a chopped shallot to the garlic and lemon zest. I used 1 % milk and it worked just fine. Also I replaced the Neufchatel with Weight Watchers cream cheese. After the sauce was done I added 2 cups of cooked mushrooms and some fresh basil. Served it with some raw spinach. The family loved it!

It wasn't bad but I have eaten other healthy recipes for fettuccine alfredo that were a lot tastier.
