This is really, really great. Oh my gosh! I cannot believe the taste for a low calorie Alfredo. And soooo easy to make. My first attempt and it came out great, you don't feel bogged down like regular Alfredo.

This has so much better flavor than most restaurants! I followed the recipe to a T except I did add an extra clove of garlic and I used skim milk. Really happy with how easy and tasty it is! The whole family enjoyed it.

This was a great way to cut calories and still have a tasty dish, I thought the pasta and sauce were good.

Great flavor, especially for a "low-fat" alfredo sauce. I will make this one again!

Delicious! Like many others I added chicken to make it a complete meal. I also added a little lemon juice to the sauce beside the zest. Will definitely make again.

This is a great, easy recipe. Used fresh shrimp & crab meat in the sauce - it was delicious. Added some fresh squeezed lemon juice at the end of cooking - really made it pop. Will definitely use this recipe again as love Alfredo sauce and low-cal makes it even better.

WOW! I am a 20 year old college student who never cooks, and was having a craving for Alfredo but didn't want to pay restaurant prices or buy the yucky jar kind. I found this recipe and thought, I can't mess it up too bad lets give it a try. Especially because it was low-cal, I really wanted to try it. Well, I didn't mess it up at all! I even accidently turned the wrong burner to high and thought I ruined the sauce, but no. It is extremely easy! No one can ruin this! I forgot to get a lemon, and when I make this again, I'll be sure to add the lemon zest but it was still great! My boyfriend cooked up some chicken breast and portobello mushrooms and we added peas as well. Great additions, and great easy meal. Plus, we had enough leftovers for both of our lunches the next day. Never thought I could enjoy cooking so much, or that I'd be able to do it! Definitely recommend for anyone! Thanks Food Network!

Simply delicious! I am glad I found this sauce recipe to use for my first fettuccine Alfredo . Only changes I made was to add chicken breast I cut in small cuts , seasoned lightly and quick cooked in olive oil. I just added a little more on the flour, milk, and cheese. In conclusion delicious recipe that I would recommended to anyone!

Great recipe, and my husband even agreed! I actually stir fried cut up chicken breast in olive oil with minced garlic first, set aside, and continued with the recipe in the same pan. I then added the chicken after the sauce was prepared, and then added the pasta. Awesome!
