This was so fabulous-tasting that I thought I was eating at an Italian restaurant! I couldn't believe how rich this dish came out. I even used Grana Padano, which is similar to Parmesan (it's just a bit cheaper, plus it was all I could find. This is a definite keeper.

It was a hit with my family. I dropped the salt to 1/2 teaspoon because I had already salted the water for the pasta and it came out great. I also added oregano, basil and a bay leaf just because I love herbs. great sauce! will definitely make again.

It is fantastic! I made one change from shrimp to chicken because my mom is allergic to shrimp, so I use chicken instead.

This was so full of flavor and does not taste low fat at all. I was a bit nervous about the cream cheese but does not taste like crean cheese at all. I added shrimp and some mushrooms to mine but not my daughters... they were both delish.

This was fantastic. I am still new to cooking and it was a great recipe to follow. Tasted just like restaurant Alfredo pasta. I skipped the lemon though. I am making it again today. I'm even making a large quantity and keeping it in the fridge.... It tasted good leftover from last night

I loved this! The hint of lemon really added something to the traditional dish. Tasted great and my family loved it!

An excellent base recipe. I used 2 garlic, gently heated diced cooked chicken breast and frozen peas in the cheesey sauce, kept a little more pasta water than called for on hand to loosen the sauce a bit more as needed. Added fresh basil and freshly ground pepper at the end. Delicious.

Fantastic! We love Emeril's recipe (my boyfriend was amazed the first time I made it, but we don't love the calories. This is a great alternative, I couldn't really taste much difference. I skipped the lemon and added a shallot. This is my new go to dish to impress!

The whole family liked it more than regular alfredo. You may need to thin it out a bit with more milk as it can get a little thick. It also makes a scant 4 servings so you may want to make a little more. Very good, a little sweet but that's fine with me!
