Fettuccine alfredo is my grandaughter's favorite food and she asked for it on her birthday.
My daughter is very health conscious with her children, so I decided to try this recipe
without telling anyone it was low cal. No one knew the difference and they all raved about it
and went back for seconds. This is a wonderful recipe. Thankyou very much

Was delicious! Added fresh basil on top. Folded in grilled chicken and fresh brocolli flowers with the parsley to finish dish.

I like this recipe as opposed to regular alfredo because it just isn't as thick and rich. The sauce is very complementary instead of overpowering

I have tried to make alfredo a million times, but the outcome has never tasted right. This, though.. THIS recipe is great! I have made it multiple times, and I am about to make it for dinner tonight!

When my wife asked for this a second time in two weeks I knew it was good.

I'm not a fettuccine alfredo fan but I love this recipe. It's a lot lighter than the original and tastes better. I didn't add the lemon but did not notice its absence. I mixed in some steamed asparagus bits and mushrooms to add more body to the dish and it was great. This is one of those dishes you have to enjoy the day you make it; the next day is not as good as the first day.

My boys loved it and could not tell the difference. I did have to triple the recipe, 2 teenage boys! I also add broccoli and shrimp.

Easy and delicious! I made it with chicken. Easy enough to make on a weeknight after work. The kids loved it!
