made it for my dad's b-day looking 4 a simple easy alfredo sauce that didnt call for 1 cup of parm, fact that it is lo-fat is unbelievable i would pay $100 with 1000 grams of fat also SUPER easy and it goes great with shrimp and chef anne's all-purpose pasta recipe! YUMO

I made this last night for dinner and "awesome, yummy and cozy" are the words that come to mine. I added chicken and broccoli and next time will try adding shrimp. It is an easy and versatile recipe that would fit the bill for many occasions.

I added chicken and asparagus and it made an amazing meal! Full flavor but low fat!

My kids love fettuccine alfredo and when I saw this in the magazine, I knew I had to give it a try. I added sauteed chicken and I also added chopped leeks to the garlic. I steamed fresh broccoli and carrots to add the veggies. I increased the sauce volume a bit and it was a HUGE HIT!!! This will definitely be on my winter rotation!

So Delicious!!! This recipe is so good, my goal was to start eating healthy cause I wanted to lose about 10 pounds by the beginning of March, so I tried this recipe and it taste better then some italian resturant's alfredo...The only con for this meal is that the sauce hardens and becomes thick over time...Other than that its delicious!

I absolutely loved this recipe!! It was my turn to cook dinner for the family and as a health nut I was looking for something low calorie, yet a delicious classic. This recipe fit the bill exactly! The cream cheese adds great texture without the fat and calories of heavy cream and butter. You certainly cannot tell that this is a low-cal recipe and I will definetly be making it again soon!

OMG!!! This is a definite keeper. Very tasty and easy to prepare. I made my own fettuccine. I also added chicken. Does not taste low-cal.

This was so great! My daughter love alfredo sauce but I hate making it because of all the fat and calories. I too found it a little thick but added more pasta water. Added asparagus sauteed in garlic and olive oil. It was a nice touch.

Absolutely delicious. I love fettuccine Alfredo but hate all the fat and calories associated with it. I also think it can have a very greasy feel on the tongue. This has great taste with none of the set backs. I will make again and again. This is delicious enough to serve company without anyone being the wiser. I will add Cajun sauteed shrimp to mine next time. Thank you for a great recipe!!
