So impressed with the simple ingredients and not a ridiculous amount of fat! The sauce was delicious and creamy. The only thing I changed is I used dry pasta, not fresh. Will be putting this in the recipe book!

Very good recipe, it was a bit to thick for my liking. It could have been me leaving it a little too long on the stove while the fettucine was cooking. The lemon had a strong taste, it was different from what I'm used too but GOOD :

This is really delicious! I added 2 cloves of garlic instead of 1 and dried parsley at the end. Dried out when I went back fr seconds, but great nontheless!

This was fabulous! I made this recipe last night, but added some scallops I had on hand, in addition to more garlic (because I love garlic!. The only snafu I encountered was my sauce getting a little too thick, but that was easily fixed by adding more of the pasta water and it turned out great! I didn't tell my fiance this was the low-cal version until after we were done with dinner! He loved it!

Delicioso! I made a double batch of this recipe and added italian herb season chicken breast and some steamed broccoli. My sauce got a little thick so I added some pasta water to it to thin it out a little. Will use this recipe from now on when I need my fettuccine alfredo fix!

I added a few more cloves of garlic, and extra lemon zest - it was AMAZING!! I use this dish as a "staple" and will add left over chicken or steak in it, add asparagus, or chopped zucchini.
If it gets a bit thick because of the added ingredients, I will add some chicken broth.
    Definitely a keeper !!

This was a great tasting alternative for those of us who are trying to cut back on the fat and calories! I used only a 1/2 tsp of lemon zest and omitted the fresh parsley in my recipe. I served the fettuccine alfredo over roasted boneless-skinless chicken breasts seasoned with McCormick's Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder. My whole family thought it was wonderful. I will definitely make this one of my families go-to-comfort-food recipes.

This recipe was fantastic! If you're looking for a low-cal dish that doesn't taste low-cal then whip this up tonight! I was pleasantly surprise by how delicious and creamy it was. I added left over chicken and sundried tomatoes but I will add sauteed peppers next time. If your sauce does not thicken after adding the milk, don't worry because it will when you add the cream cheese and parmesan.
