I LOVE this recipe! My husband doesn't usually like pasta but the first time I made this he ate seconds. Then he asked me to make it again that same week! I've added chicken and green chile since I live in New Mexico and it's fresh right now. So yummy!

This was great! I was worried that the sauce would "break" because of the low-fat, but not the case. I used half parm and half romano, because that's what I had on hand. Definitely a keeper!

Delicious and really quick and easy to make! The only thing I did differently was substitute 2 wedges of Laughing Cow low-cal cheese (original flavor, 35 calories per wedge instead of the cream cheese.
Added so quickly boiled broccoli a mushrooms for fiber and veggies and this was a fabulous meal!

I haven't made this yet but I am going to soon. To Expression 79, of course it was DELICIOUS, you used heavy cream and regular cream cheese. The whole idea of this recipe is LOW FAT.
Why don't you try it the way the recipe reads and get back to us.........

To be fair.. I changed things up a bit.
I used Almond Milk, which of course doesnt thicken, so I added a tad bit more wheat flour than the recipe called for and it turned out it was too much...sauce became a tiny bit paste-like.
Flavor of the sauce was great though, the lemon was a great twist.

I'll certainly be trying this again, want to get it perfect to fill that cream sauce need without all the guilt. Next time I'll add more garluc, some broccoli and shrimp...yum yum!

Delicious! I used heavy whipping cream instead of milk and flour and regular philadelphia cream cheese instead of low-fat; basically, I made it non-low fat: I added the chicken from the tuscan garlic chicken recipe, recipe on olive garden. Sooo delicious. Love the way the lemon zest makes it pop!

Great Recipe! I added grilled chicken and a little bacon for some protein. I swapped out the milk for almond milk and it came out great! I love the little hint of lemon : Definitely will repeat this one :

Delicious! I used whole wheat flour for the white sauce and added shrimp. This is light and tasty. We loved it!
