This was one of the best homemade cheesecakes Ive ever had. Gave a couple slices to my mom and she told me I could make it for her anytime I wanted. Coming from her that means a ton.

This cheesecake was amazing! me and boyfriend even fought over a piece! who knew low fat could be so good. The lemon zest in it gives it a nice fresh flavor. Very very good cheesecake. One of the best I've had

This is a great recipe! Very easy to make also-this was only the 2nd time i ever made a cheesecake. My whole family loved it, but we are not fond of the lemon zest; so we'll omit it next time. We will definitely make this one again and again! I even had to substitute Splenda for the remainder of the sugar(because i only had 2/3 cup of sugar before i ran out!. My hubby still loved it and he hates splenda desserts generally!!

No one believes me that this is low fat. My fat loving father didn't belive this was low fat. Normally he hates any 'diet' dessert but he loved this. Everyone loved it. I have not had one complaint.

I was skeptical of this recipe but it was wonderful! I even did a bit of splenda (mix of splenda and sugar and it was still excellent! I put some chunks of chocolate in it, too. Delicioso! Try it!

Excellent. Very easy and great flavor. My only complaint is that in the magazine it printed nutritional info that said this is 229 calories a slice, which is fantastic. However it claims to have 14 servings, and everyone who had a piece of this agreed it is not 14 servings. It is more like 10 servings which makes this 321 calories a slice, which is still pretty good calorie-wise for cheesecake, but I think Food Network is being a little sneaky trying to make this sound amazingly low calorie when it isn't quite that low.

Hands down, this is absolutely the best lite cheesecake that I have ever had. It has a very smooth and creamy texture and tastes just like the full fat version!

This is the best cheesecake EVER!! No-one can believe that it is low-fat when I tell them. However, I take it one step further and use half Splenda and half sugar and you can't even tell. This is now my dish of choice to take wherever I go. The comments are not "how are you" they are "where is the cheesecake!"

hi all!! I made this cheesecake with my friend at my house the other day and it turned out great! we followed exactly the ingredients and directions besides the fact that we had to substitute one pack of fat free cream cheese for a full fat one since that's all we had. We always got curious so we opened the oven door to check on it a few times. Is that bad since some steam is escaping? Oh well..this turned out great and eat it while it's cold!
for the extra egg yoks i made a custard with milk and sugar. you can freeze them too or rub it in your hair during a shower. don't let them go to waste:
