    I made these this morning. I used cranberries instead of raspberries because that was what I had on hand. The muffins turned out great. The orange zest really comes through. However, it states this makes 12 muffins. I ended up with 24 standard muffins and 16 mini muffins. Good thing I had the pans readily available.

    This recipe was very good, however, it says it only makes 12 muffins. I made the recipe last night and ended up filling 18 muffin tins (all I have and a 8 inch square pan. The next time I make this recipe I am going to half it so that it makes about 12 muffins.
