I didn't have especially high hopes for this, but i needed to use up a bunch of ham and make a salad for a party so i went ahead with it. It came out REALLY good! now i dont want to take it to the party so i could have it all! Made exactly as directed except with light sour cream.

This was an excellent past salad.. I even used fat free sour cream and it had terrific flavor. the only thing I added was feta cheese.. but it would have been find without it!

I made this and an antipasto for a birthday party and had my teenager taste test both. He liked this one much better. I made it again about 2 weeks after and forgot to add the sour cream. It's still really good without if you want to go lite. If not, add a dollop of sour cream before serving...Really good!

This salad was ok, but wasn't packed with flavor as I had hoped. Didn't seem like the flavors blended well enough together.

I added crumbled cheese to it like the other member did below but to keep it healthy and light I used light sour cream and whole wheat macaroni. Nice summer side dish. =

Too much salt. Otherwise, healthy option for a mac salad.

Very nice change from traditional macaroni salad. A great addition to a family outing or any light meal.

Great recipe to make ahead and bring for lunch. The dressing is fantastic and I'm even thinking about experimenting with it later on for other recipes. This takes very little time to make, especially if you buy the pre-packaged ham already cubed. I'm not a huge fan of celery in salads, so I kept that out. That meant there was absolutely NO chopping involved! Instead of macaroni elbows I used another small pasta I had in the house. Easy recipe to make in a flash. It looks great, tastes great, and you can make some simple changes.

I absolutely loved how fast and easy this salad was to make. But I thought it needed a little more flavor so i put little cubes of mild cheddar cheese in mine. I will make this salad over and over again!
