I loved the sauce. It had great flavor. But frying the chops made them tough. I prefer mine cooked slow and long to make them tender.

I only tried the pork chops and they were delicious. I didn't have chicken broth so just used water and they were still wonderful. Served with baked sweet potatoes and the sauce for the chops was terrific on the potatoes as well.

Pork chops are pretty good, polenta calls for too much pumpkin, IMO

The sauce was a wonderful combination with the chops, however if you can keep it warm through the meal it is best.

This quick and easy maple glazed pork chop recipe was great! I didn't have any polenta at home so i decided to skip that part and try it next time! Try this great recipe.

We thought the pork chops and sauce were pretty good, although I never can seem to make pork chops without them being kind of tough. I thought the polenta was just there - I love pumpkin and polenta but just wasn't excited about this recipe. My husband said he thought it was fine though...

This recipe was easy and tasted great. My son who does not like pork chops loved the sauce and ate his chop. The polenta tastes great! it was light from the added pumkin and very flavorful. I used dried sage as I didn't have any fresh and it worked fine.

My family and I (even my 4 year oldreally liked the pork chops and the glaze. But none of us cared for the polenta...I actually threw the rest of it away.
