I love this granola. I keep a container in my pantry and never run out. My only complaint is that it doesn't have clusters. Next time, I might add more liquid to it and be more careful when stirring.

I am not a baker, but this is very easy and tastes great!.. This is my breakfast everyday and when I'm away from home I really miss it. I never get tired of it. This granola taste wonderful. The ingredients are readily available, the prep time is very short, baking time is long, but worth the result. I double the recipe and freeze it in several containers. You can be very creative with this recipe and it still comes out great. Thanks!!

I doubled the recipe as others suggested; I'm really glad I did! Also, I used honey instead of maple syrup, used a full 32 ounce bag of Bob's rolled oats, and added a bit of cinnamon and about a cup of flax seeds. Unbelievable! As others indicated, my days of purchasing granola are over.

It's official. I will never buy granola from the store again. Not when I have this recipe. It is so good, with the perfect amount of sweetness. I love the flavor the maple syrup gives it. I only changed two things: I subbed pecans for cashews because I don't care for cashews and I didn't add the dried fruit. Instead I add whatever fruit is in season.

This recipe is wonderful, and very flexible. I was working with what I already had in kitchen - didn't have coconut, sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds handy so used flax meal, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, pecans and cashews. I had lots of maple syrup on hand but am sure it would be great with honey if maple syrup wasn't available. It is amazingly delicious and I cannot stop eating it - I am having it right now sprinkled on top of homemade peach/mango ice cream. I love that it is fresher and more affordable than store-bought granola and I can control the sweetness, as store-bought is too sweet for me. This is superb granola and I am will always be making it.

and this recipe was very easy and quite good. I really like the fact that I know exactly what is in it. No mystery ingredients. I will be making more of this.

Can anyone tell me if this granola will have nice big clusters or if it is all loose when its finished? I would appreciate it. It sounds like a great recipe!

I love this granola! I used honey roasted almonds and substituted sunflower seeds for the sesame seeds, definitely use the dark syrup, it will make all the difference.

Simple to make and very healthy. Just the right amount of sweet maple syrup, or you can add a touch of honey for a little more.
