    This recipe should not be listed as diabetic. Using your ingredient list, I found the result to contain over 61 grams of carbohydrate per serving. This is not a dish for diabetics on 100 grams carbs a day. Detailed instructions on how to produce a "safe" version would be greatly appreciated, so your diabetic viewers could also enjoy it.

    I was looking for a lower sugar alternative for a Christmas dessert - was pleased with this one. Not only was it easy, everyone enjoyed it - adult and children
