This dish is great, I sent the recipe to my daughter because she makes twice baked potatoes and she loves sweet potatoes, she wasn't sure so I said I'm going to make it , It's Awsome, and it even looks pretty cause of the white and orange , like a 50-50 bar. I will make this again and again, Thanks for the recipe, and I hope my comments will encourange more people to try it, I made only one little tiny change and that was that I used ground nutmeg instead of fresh, if you call that making a change. anyway I hope you all try this, it was GREAT!
