Had good flavor but not very moist. Probley because i only marinated for 4 hours. Still very good!

Great marinade. I didn't even chill it for 8 hours, i just let it sit about 30 minutes and it was still great.

This was very simple to make, with ingredients that I almost always have available. This will be a "go to" dish for me in the future.

So easy, I did not freeze though. I am always looking for new recipes for chicken, this one is a keeper.

This dish was perfect in every aspect. My son and husband just loved it. I will be making this again and again.

My husband & I really enjoyed this recipe. It was easy and different! I only let it marinate for 4 hours only. I will try to marinate longer for next time to see if the taste would differ. You can have this with salad or rice as a side dish! We love it!

Made this to go along with the orzo salad from Giada DeLaurentis and it complimented perfectly. Used a whole grain mustard, which added a nice textured "crust".

Wonderful marinade. My husband hates boneless, skinless chicken breast on a plate, and he even loved this one. I threw it together and marinated it for about 1 1/2 hours, then broiled it. So quick and easy, definate keeper.
