Everyone I know loves this recipe. There is nothing you can do to the chicken to dry it out once it has marinated. I make a ton ahead and just thaw them as I need them. I cant keep enough in the house.

I made this recipe on Thursday night and marianated it overnight. I used whole grain dijon mustard and fresh garlic cloves. It came out so moist and tender!! My company couldn't stop raving about it!!!! I will definitely make this again.

You have to try this recipe. I have served it several times for luncheons and dinner and my guest rave about. The flavor of the chicken combined with pesto and red roasted peppers is "absolutely wonderful". A+
