The mashed potatoes were flavorful and easy to make. I primarily chose this recipe because it was the first one I found that didn't call for half-and-half, heavy cream, or something else I didn't have on hand and didn't feel like going to the store to buy. It ended up being a good pick.

I thought this recipe turned out good. I didn't expect the potatoes to turn out well since this was my first time making them.

This recipe goes great with the meatloaf recipe from this episode. I tried this for friends of ours and I got rave reviews....they still ask me when I'm amking this dinner so that they can come over again!

These were great, except, everytime I make potatoes, they tend to be kinda pasty. I added more milk and it was better. But, that's just my luck was mashed potatoes. I agree, more garlic next time.

very yummy mashed potatoes. I would put more garlic next time though but I will keep this recipe. It's very simple too.

The recipe was easy to make, and the mashed potatoes turned out pretty good. My husband doesn't like chunky-style potatoes, so I put the drained potatoes and garlic through a ricer to make them smooth, and added a little extra cream. I would probably add a little more garlic next time.
