I have been using this recipe for 5 years now and everone likes it becuse it's not too sweet. If you need the extra sweetness add marshmellows to the top.

This recipe needed just a little more sweetness for my husband's liking.

It's a denser mashed potato (partly because the recipe doesn't call for whipping, and partly because sweet potatoes are denser than your usual russets than the whipped mashed potatoes I usually make, but the sweetness is yummy. So it works almost like a rich, but not so sweet dessert.

This was a nice touch for Thanksgiving Dinner. Friends who don't usually like sweet potatoes liked this version. Worth trying.

This was a great variation of sweet potatoes. My family enjoyed something other than a casserole.

Great recipe, and easy to make. Great for fall dinners, goes well with turkey and pork roasts.

These were a huge hit at my Thanksgiving dinner. They were very easy to make. I made them the day before, and they reheated nicely. Even my very picky 5 year old loved them.
