I served this to my vegetarian daughter -- she loved it and so did the rest of my family.

I made this meatless loaf as an entree for a dinner party. However I didn't care much for the way it tasted (although a few others did like it. I did add my own twist to the recipe. I added in a packet of meatloaf seasoning and I substituted breadcrumbs for oatmeal. I think if the tofu was to be replaced with potatoes, the loaf might have tasted better.
