I've made this dish a couple of times. Its really good the night you make it, and equally good cold (or reheated the next day!

Try upping the amount of worchester sauce in the meatloaf and Parm-reg in the gravy. It makes it even better. Also, I use 1 lbs 80/20 pork + 1.5 lbs 85/15 beef.

I used turkey/ground beef combo and it was delicious. I did add a sprinkle of the meatloaf seasoning mix from the store. The sauce was delicious also!

Wow! I loved the tomato gravy! I made it the first time with fresh tomatoes and it was delicious! The next time I made it with canned tomatoes and it was still good. The third time, and everytime since I've made it with both fresh and canned tomatoes. Also, I used shallots and onions - marvelous!

I was very unhappy with the gravy. It was very salty.

I think I should have formed the meat loaf then covered it with the egg. That probably would have given the meat a shiny, crusty coating. Tomato sauce gravy can easily be converted to pasta sauce.

I really like things simple and easy. The recipes I've taken so far are the best. The meatloaf is perfect. I will admit that I thro a few extras in, but it's still the best recipe there is. Thanks...

This is the best Meatloaf and Gravy you will ever taste. Nothing better. You can lose if you make it. I made a double batch and froze 1 meatloaf for a later date; I only will need to make the Gravy. You should diffently try this one.
