these were some of the best burgers we have EVER had! The flavors were awesome. We followed the recipe to the letter.

Very flavorful and easy to make! I like to grill the burgers instead of cooking them in a skillet on the stove. Grilling gives them additional great flavor. Skip the pomegrante molasses - the recipe doesn't need it.

I made this exactly as the recipe described and it was pretty good, but IMO could use more coriander & red pepper flakes. The cinnamon dominated the flavor. I'll definitely make this again with those adjustments.

Very easy and delicious. The patties were surprisingly tender and juicy. I grilled the patties on the George Foreman grill. Couldn't find pomegranate molasses, but I used a cranberry glaze I found and it was great--I think the important thing is having that tangy/sweet fruity flavor. Even my boyfriend thought they were good, and he's a picky eater.

This recipe is so good. Everyone keeps saying how they didnt use yogurt or the molasses. The yougurt makes the chicken more tender than you would imagine. Plus the pomogranate molasses are so good. If you are worried about buying an ingredient and only using it once, don't worry, you'll be making this recipe once a month. I've made it 4 times now. Some people had trouble finding the pomogranate molasses, try to middle eastern section of the grocery store. Yummmmmmmmm...

These burgers are fabulous. I bought the pomegranate molasses and forgot to use it the first time. The burgers are good with or without the molasses.

Despite reading all these rave reviews, I was still skeptical that ground chicken could be this flavorful. I skipped the molasses 'cause I didn't feel like buying yet another ingredient I'd only use for one recipe, but the burgers were still outstanding. In fact, I just had leftovers without a bun for lunch & think it might've even tasted better today than it did last night. And so easy to prepare.

This is an excellent recipe. I didn't have any plain yogurt so used sour cream. Also used plain fancy molasses. Coated patties with breadcrumbs. All with great results.

This is an outstanding burger recipe and very easy to prepare. My husband loved them too. We ate them without buns for a low carb dinner. They are so flavorful, they are delicious on their own. I used regular molasses, as I see many people had to. The burgers were perfect that way. I will absolutely be making these again!
