Great flavors, I added a little red pepper as well and enjoyed the sweet/hot contrast. I know turkey will work but the texture of the chicken is definitely a plus. My wife is really picky and she loved it so that's all that matters to me. And yes, I do all the cooking. My wife can't make toast properly.

My sister-in-law and I were very skeptical of the raisins, but it turns out that the recipe is just delicious!!!

This was very easy and good... I had to make a few adjustments because I did not have the ground Chicken - I did use Turkey and a yellow onion instead of the Scallions - my husband loved it!!! Don't panic when you don't have exactly what is called for in the recipes!!!

I made this recipe with thinly cut chicken breasts strips, minus the pine nuts because I couldn't find any at the local store, and I added a touch of hot pepper flakes and it was great. A very different combination that I was hoping my picky brother would like, and he actually did! I like odd/new foods, but he tends to be a little resistent to such odd dishes. I think that the heat added the perfect touch to the dish because it wasn't too hot, but spicy enough to compliment the sweetness. I'd definitely make it again with confidence since it passed the test with a picky eater.

Made this for my family which includes four kids ranging in age from three to nine. All enjoyed it! Definitely a keeper if my husband went back for seconds as well. I used xtra lean ground beef and mixed it with Boca meat crumbles (1/2 and 1/2 and noone even knew!

It was time to start shedding the winter pounds so I looked for new reipes and came across this one. However, I was worried that my dairy farmer boyfriend may not like the idea of something so "new and strange". But he LOVED it! The recipe says it serves 4... well it was ALL gone once the 6'6" farmer got into it! It was easy to make and delicious... I suggest trying this one out even on the person you think won't like it :o

A huge disappointment! Smelled wonderful while it was cooking, but the flavor just wasn't there. Perhaps doubling the spices might help? I won't waste my time again trying.
