This is the first Food Network recipe that let me down. I love the concept of having a variety of little cheese balls to sample but in reality they were terrible. Worcestershire is an anchovy-based sauce that is quite strong and I would never recommend it to be mixed with cream cheese ever again! It made the cream cheese taste sour and quite off-putting. I bought all my ingredients fresh so that was not the problem.

Yumm, couldn't stop tasting... rolled them in three different colours for Christmas, paprika, parmesan, and dill. Going to make them again for a traditional Italian family dinner with parmesan, paprika and basil...

We Loved these mini cheese balls! I made them for thanksgiving and they were a huge hit! They are perfect bite size and the different flavors you roll them in help to spice up the somewhat simple cream cheese mixture. The lemon zest adds so much freshness and flavor! I made mine with gouda cheese, and loved it! My favorite variations to roll them in are: chives, parmesan cheese (triple the cheese! and crushed almonds! yum! Can't wait to make them again for Christmas! Perfect for a party or family gathering!
