    I made these twice, and both times had a bit of difficulty getting the peanut butter topping "fluffy," even after chilling in the fridge and whipping in the mixer. Ended up doubling the peanut butter topping, which is scrumptious. Be sure to freeze or chill for a bit before dipping in chocolate.
