Ever since this recipe appeared in Food Network Magazine it is the only meatloaf recipe I now make. My husband LOVES it and asks for it just about every week. It is moist, full of flavor and delicious. I usually just shape it into one loaf and bake at 375 for one hour. You cannot go wrong with this recipe!

I made these for my very picky father who is currently on a low-carb diet and he ate every last bit! Served them with the "Mock" Garlic Mashed Potatoes recipe from Chef George Stella that I found on this website which is a nice complement to the meatloaf. Definitely will make these again.

This is absolutely the !!!BEST!!! Meatloaf recipe I have ever had. I tripled the ingredients, I also formed mine slightly larger than my small fist into balls & really slathered on the ketchup/vinegar/brown sugar. I forgot to add the salt/pepper when I was mixing my ingredients together, so I sprinkled it on top of each ball. ***I cooked these in the *Oven* at 450degrees for 25min (when my meat thermometer reached 160 degrees***. Made 11 balls, AWESOME STUFF!!!

I just made this tonight and it was delicious! As I was pouring the water in, I was a little skeptical, but after I took the meatloaves out and made the glaze, I totally understood! So, so moist and yummy. I pulled this out pretty quickly because I am 7 months preggo and was craving mashed potatoes but didn't know what to make with them. I didn't have the apple cider vinegar or meatloaf mix, so I used 1.5lbs ground beef and balsamic vinegar (as another poster did and it was fantastic. The glaze was delicious. I added some grated romano cheese and dijon mustard to the mix (just from another recipe I absolutely love. Can't wait to try it with the apple cider vinegar and I plan on making the quesadillas, too! I loved how easy this was and didn't require lots of equipment. Not having to use a baking sheet was great because they never fit right in the dishwasher. This is a hit and will be a repeat in our kitchen!

I made this as meatballs with the glaze as a dipping sauce for a staff potluck and it went completely! A huge hit with everyone!

These were simply wonderful! I love how they're easy and fast to make, and the glaze came out perfectly. They go well with mashed potatoes. Perfect comfort food.
