So easy and so good. This is a go to recipe for my house. Kids and adults like it and I love that I can make the sizes dependent upon who is eating. LOVE it.

This is by far our favorite meatloaf dish! We double the sauce because its delicious! Getting ready to make it again now : I am really bad about using fresh ingredients :/ but it comes out well with onion powder, and dried parsley and you would never know the onion was there if i did not tell you! We have also done it with deer and elk meat which also came out delicious!

It was so moist and simple to make and tasted delicious (especially for someone like me who doesn't care for worcestershire sauce.

Thank you for this recipe and for giving me a new way to cook ground beef. This is not just for meatloaf but hamburgers too. And you can use ground turkey, chicken or pork.

Also, easy to modify if you don't have all the ingredients. I didn't have Chili Powder so I used Cayenne Pepper and I didn't have fresh parsley so I used dried (modified measurements, of course.

The only thing I would change would be to grate the onion and garlic instead.

I really liked this. Instead of using breadcrumbs, I crushed up some Wheaties and used it instead. I always use Wheaties, the flavor makes such a pleasant difference. I also doubled the sauce. I added 1 celery stock, minced and saut'ed it and the onion, which enriches their flavor so much. Very good!!!

These are the best meatloaves I've ever had. Truly a delicious recipe. If you like spicy I add 1/2 Tbs Cayenne pepper but it's good either way. I have made this several times. The only thing is it tends to be pretty wet and hard to flip, but still...wouldn't change it.

I made these the other night because I wanted to try something new. They were simple to make and everyone in my house loved them all the way down to the picky 2 year old. I will definately make them again!
