So delicious! I've made it for family and friends and it's always a hit! The men in the family like to make sandwiches with the leftovers as well.
I always end up doubling the ketchup glaze recipe though

I loved these and so did my husband. I made 4 oval loaves instead of 6 and they turned out super moist. I will make these again.

This was a hit. Moist and delicious. I left out the parsley, used half ground beef and half ground turkey and added about 1/2 c. extra bread crumbs. YUM-O!! I would recommend doubling the amount of sauce. Thanks!

this dish was amazing! I made extra sauce the second time round and used a regular loaf pan and baked it. Either way the family loves it and we had NO leftovers!

This was delicious. My family loved it, including my 3 year old son. I skipped the parsley and and added extra breadcrumbs (maybe 1 tbsp extra. I also used A1 instead of the suggested sauce. I will definitely make this again.

Super yummy. I hate parsley, so put in some poultry seasoning and some bbq spice in it. I loved making the minis in the skillet.

Finally made meatloaf for the first time and SOOOO glad I picked this recipe!! Family loved it!! And super easy recipe!! In fact hubby said "this is a Kodak moment honey...that's how good this is!" Took reviewers suggestions and doubled the sauce and I sauteed the onions before mixing it into the meat as many other reviewers mentioned that the onions are still raw or crunchy inside. The sauteed onions made a big difference! Didn't have bread crumbs but had a left over hot dog bun so diced that up and it worked fabulously. So next time I'm just going to pick up a bun from the bulk section of the grocery store in place of the bread crumbs so I won't have left over since I don't use bread crumbs a lot.

I doubled the recipe and made a full meatloaf, though the minis are a cute idea! Tweaked a thing or two notable 2x the W sauce instead of adding milk. Had the moisture and more of a flavor! Also did the sauce with ketchup, balsamic (instead of apple vinegar and honey (instead of BS. AWESOME. Very popular with the kids and hubby!! And the MIL ;
