    NO LEFTOVERS!!
Made this recipes last night, it was very tasty, my husband loved it. I thought it was a little too moist for my liking, but i can fix that next time.
    Will definately make this again.

I have to start this review by asking WHAT did I do wrong?
I followed the recipe, read over the comments and tweaked it accordingly--
the meatloaves fell apart into pieces in the pan, it ended up being seasoned chopped meat in a pan. Absolute disaster.

Now don't get me wrong. It was delicious! It's the tastiest slop I've ever had...

but can somebody please help me? WHY did it fall apart?

This recipe is very tasty and not difficult to make. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I brushed the meat logs with a lot more sauce while they were cooking. Yum! I served them with Melissa d' Arabian's "Perfect Crispy Potatoes."

I was skeptical about these, but I tried them anyway because I liked the idea that you could cook it on the stovetop: quick and easy. I was soo pleasantly surprised! And my kids loved them! I agree with the other reviewers, the sauce is pretty good. It complements the meatloaves well. I had just bought a slicer that allows me to grated the onions very finely in no time so the onions just easily melded into the meat. And steaming them does make them nice and moist.
It was so simple to make: Little effort and little time that resulted in a great taste for the work! Will definitely make this again and again.

Thisi is really good meatloaft. The taste is awesome to say the least and I can't wait to make it again. Next tiime I'll add a little bit more than 1/3 cup cilantro but other than that.......soooooooooooooo yummy.

Made this for the first time about an hour ago and I have to say it has potential, but needs modifcations. Use like double the breadcrumbs. Use a LOT less garlic and onion. Hell, I would say try using garlic/onion powder because the texture of onion in this is overwhelming. Since they are mushed in with the meat they don't get cooked enough so its like youre biting into raw onion. I omitted the Worshiteshere sauce because its unecessary. Also, make sure you get lean ground beef or mix it with pork. Usig 80/20 is a bad idea because its wayyy too greasy. The sauce is the best part of this recipe. Honestly, I think making a regular old meatloaf with that sauce would be great, but cooking it in this style is much quicker and the meat is very moist. Not mincing the onion and garlic and just getting powder will save you lots of time too.

So easy to make, even on a night when the kids have a ton of homework and your trying to run out to a PTA meeting!!!! I used ground Turkey and kept eveything else the same. When making this meatloaf be sure to DOUBLE the sauce, it's just that good!!!! Makes yummy sandwiches the next day!!!! Enjoy....don't forget to double the sauce!!!!!
