These were super easy to make and the sauce was soooo tasty! I've made a couple of other mini meatloaf recipes before, and this was so much better than the others.

I have made many a meatloaf in my 69 years of life and I don't think I have ever had better than this recipe. It was incredibily moist and full of flavor. I increased the amounts of everything so I would have leftovers for sandwiches. This will be my "go to" meatloaf recipe from now on. Try it...you will not be sorry you did.

I made this for sunday dinner and not only was it easy to prepare, but it cooked quickly and tasted delicious. I have several meatloaf recipes passed down from my family and this recipe is just as good! I will definitely make this again soon!

I made this meatloaf last night and it was awesome!! I've been hesitant to make meatloaf in the past because my grandmother's recipe seems quite involved. Then I saw this recipe in the magazine and it looked easy, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Not only was it a cinch to prepare, it was a big hit! I was initially planning on having left overs to make sandwiches the next day, but my boyfriend ate 4 mini loaves himself. I think this may become our new go to meal!
