I mixed everything together and sprinkle with the bacon bits, baked it for 20 minutes and it tasted delicious.

Great recipe! I could not find fontina cheese so I used Gouda instead. I also had some left over bacon, so I substituted it for the turkey bacon. I cooked in the mini muffin tins for 15 minutes. Yum! I am having to restrain myself from eating the batch.... I made them for some ladies that are coming to my house tomorrow morning. I'll definitely make again.

Great basic recipe. I was actually looking for a gluten-free recipe to use up some zucchini. I substituted 2 cups of chopped and juilenned zucchini and one chopped all natural beef sausage for the spinach and turkey bacon. Followed the recipe except for these substitutions. It made 24 mini quiches which disappeared quickly at a neighborhood potluck. Lots of options available based on this recipe! Thanks Food Network!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I made these for a wedding shower and they were gobbled up in no time! I left out the mushrooms since the bride didn't want any, and they still came out perfect. Definitely make these the night before, because they do take more time than you'd think. Be sure to use more than just a light mist of cooking spray in the muffin tins so they come out easier. (I just used a light amount of Pam the first batch and some of them stuck when taking out. For the subsequent batches I used more and they came out perfect!

A little bit time consuming so I recommend baking these the night before and just reheating in the morning. But they are delicious!!
