Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.

    Reduce the amount of sugar by substituting 2 small clementine oranges instead of OJ. No need to freeze the bananas if using frozen berries. Also used light blueberry activia yogurt instead of vanilla. Very yummy!
