You can create up to five timers

This salad combines high fiber fruits with a little yogurt. Other fruits that could be used are apples, pears, blackberries, cherries, peaches, plums and grapes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt (try key-lime or lemon)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 4 medium strawberries, stemmed and quartered
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Directions

Whisk the yogurt, lime juice, and mint together in a medium bowl. Add the fruit and toss to combine. Serve.

Per serving: Calories: 60 ;Total Fat: 0.5 gram; Saturated Fat: 0 grams; Protein: 2 grams; Total carbohydrates: 13 grams; Sugar: 10 grams; Fiber: 2.5 grams; Cholesterol: 1 milligram; Sodium: 24 milligrams

    I made this for my mom and dad and i absolutly loved it! Some changes i did make were pomegranite yogurt and i also added some blackberry to it. it was very good an refreshing. I would highly recomend making this recipe.
