Recipe was perfect! Everyone absolutely loved it, including the kids. I used the Jello pudding that you had to cook on the stove. I didn't use instant because the instant has more sodium. Will surely make it again on another occasion.

It would be great with a little bit strawberries on top of some kind of fruit on top as well as changing the coffee or espresso with chocolate sauce or something!

I made this for a dessert after a BBQ I did last night and it was wonderful!
However, I did change one thing; the recipe calls for Espresso and I used decaf Espresso instead so as not to have the caffeine effects all night.
This has been added to my "favs" list now!
