    Healthy & Delicious! Made in the oven and broiled it the last 2 minutes. Sauce was so good & made exactly as recipe is.

    This was very easy and the finished product was moist and tasty. I actually broiled it on convection broil for 5 minutes and did not flip. Next time will do 3 minutes a side. I did add more salt and more pepper.

    Recipe was followed but I found it not tasty enough, lacked flavor and too tart from the lemon and yogurt . As I blended the sauce I continually tasted it. I marinated the salmon as written but altered the reserved sauce. Adding minced scallions, cherry tomatoes and a dash of curry, white pepper and minced parsley. The result was much more colorful and had much more flavor. Be careful not to over cook the salmon since the lemon and yogurt has already started to "cook" during the marinade process.

    I will definitely make this one of my favorites. The only thing I did different was chopped the Cilantro and added it to the sauce set aside instead of adding as a garnish. Very Very good receipe. The sauce would be good on veggies, rice, or potatoes as well.

    The recipe is OK, but Moroccans, who are mostly Islamic, Don't care a whit about specifying KOSHER SALT!!!
