Loved this, the marinade was perfect and so simple. Made rice as side dish and used the marinade on that also. Will defintely use for chicken too!!

This was a really interesting flavor to try on salmon. Maybe it's just me, but I love salmon with a little bit of crunch to offset that soft, buttery texture that good fatty salmon has. So, next time I will maybe leave the skin on and crisp the skin or coat in sesame seeds and cook over high heat to roast the seeds!

This recipe was easy to prepare. I used a little too much garlic - 2 heaping Tablespoons. It wouldve been better with a little less. Both my husband and 10 year old son devoured their dinners which I served with brown rice. I recommend this recipe if you want something new and interesting, a light summer dinner that is reallly wonderful!

I love ethnic foods, live in Seattle so have great salmon but I thought the dip turned out grainy. Luckily I was able to let it stand and do it's thing for a couple hours so when I finally served it, it was okay. I followed the recipe to a T, doubled it and glad I did. We had enough dip for everyone to have their own little bowl. I slightly overcooked the salmon because I put it in tin foil on the BBQ, instead of directly on the grill. Didn't want to ruin all the fresh yummy salmon we had & I'm famous for it sticking on the grill. I think it would have a better flavor directly on the grill, like the recipe called for. Everyone loved it, cleaned their plates! The Greek yogurt dip I made for the appetizer (used middle eastern flat bread from Trader Joe's turned out better and even had people ask for the recipe. I served this with Ina's Moroccan Cous Cous (incredible, 5 stars easy and the combination was wonderful. Wildly good flavors in it all. I probably won't make the salmon again, as I live with amazing crispy salmon here. But overall, pretty nice.

I also added a little honey and dijon cause I couldn't decide between this recipe and another one... I also added a little fresh dill cause I had one sprig left in the fridge. It was spectacular. Make more sauce and serve with cous cous.

A nice flavor difference compared to the usual. I would make more sauce (1.5 or 2x, mainly because it was delicious and you don't have to use it if you dont' want to. I also had trouble with it sticking to the gril, but I'm not sure if that's due to me being a grill novice (and probably not using enough oil, or the marinade or what.
    Will make it again.

Every time I make salmon, Ilike to try different recipes. I made this for my boyfriend last night and he raved about it. I thought it was excellent also. I do not understand a prior review about not enough flavor in the sauce as I thought the sauce was perfectly flavored and added just the right touch to the salmon. I did bake my salmon instead of grilling and it turned out perfect. Even though I do like experimenting with different salmon recipes, I will definately use this one again! Thank you for yet another great recipe Food Network!

I liked this salmon except that I found that I couldn't taste enough of the spices in my marinade. I used what the recipe called for so I'm not sure what happened. I think I was expecting a "pop" of cumin and coriander, and then I could only barely taste them. Otherwise, it was cooked perfectly and I love salmon so I ate it up. I served it with couscous and a cucumber and tomato salad which were the perfect combo for this dish.

This dish is absolutely divine. The sauce is simple to make, but the flavor is bold and wonderful. I'm sure it would be great with chicken too. I will definitely make it again!

I made this dish for my boyfriend and his sister and they both raved about the wonderful flavors that married so well. I think next time I will use a bit more coriander, as it got a little lost in the cumin. Overall, this is an excellent and quick meal to make even on a work day.
