    These are big hit in my house! my husband and 14 month old son love them!!!! I didn't use feta cheese in mine and it still turned out yummy! I also added some chicken

    I made this exactly and it was super easy...loved the chili powder in it but absolutely hated the feta...i even picked it out. very good mushroomey flavor!

    This was okay...I've made quesadillas a lot, but this one came out a little on the dry side. I would make sure to add a lot of cheese and make sure the mixture is buttery. If you use the feta add a generous amount to get the flavor.

    Everyone enjoyed these immensely. I followed the recipe except I added 10 oz. of baby bella's. It still only made 4 quesadillas with the addition. All in all easy and delicious.

    These are great and so easy and flavorful! The first couple times I made them, I used regular salt and didn't bother with the feta cheese, and they were very good, but I finally bought some kosher salt and tried these with the feta cheese and my husband and I loved them even more !! I make a quick quacamole to spread on them at the table - mash up a haas avocado, with a little salt, lime juice and sour cream, and you're good to go. So easy and so good !

    I made this because I had some left over feta, and it was REALLY good. Quick and easy too. I even offered some to my culinary arts roommand and she liked it. Do it, NOW!

    I recently had 3 friends over for dinner and decided to prepare this recipe as an appetizer. It was so easy to make and it was SO GOOD. All I have to say is YUMMY.
