Love this recipe! sometimes i think it would be nice to have my personal chef to prepare meals for me everyday.Unfortunately, that seems to be a luxury for the rich and famous. But when i saw this site , i said to myself "who needs a chef, there's foodnetwork . com". i also recommend fishlogy . com found some interesting recipes there, i bet you will love it too.

Brought this to our (extended family weekend bar-b-que. Many had never tried mussels. Delicious. Gorgeous presentation in my cast iron stock pot. Great reviews from the first-timers. Looks like you worked hard but it was simple to do. I cheated and used cleaned, cooked, frozen mussells. Just dumped them in the pot and ... SUCCESS.
