This was easy to make, impressive on the plate...and my son (age 27 ate 3 of them at one sitting! Good with some Texas salsa on the side......I submitted a name for the dish, we'll see who wins because there are some great ideas in these reviews.

It was exceptional! It should be called "Egg-ceptional Egg Tart! "

I dub this dish: Red-Eye Sunrise.
What an awesome balance of flavors! I wouldn't change a thing in this recipe. It was the perfect aria in my Easter Sunday champagne brunch. It was simplistic to make and didn't take me away from my guests for very long. It was a great success, and a major hit with everyone. I will be keeping this as a go-to recipe and it has earned its permanent spot in my recipe box! Thank you Food Network for this recipe!

It was good. However, for my taste, I would like the yolk to be running for a sauce like effect. I think next time, I will bake and add cheese to melt in oven, then add a fried egg on top. Will make again.

Easy to make. Delicious to eat. I think it should be called "Puff the magic Egg"
