    Pork Goulash sunny side up sounds like a great name... you can even use the pork mixture for dinner alternatives... great recipe for variations

    "Scotie's Sunrise Sloppy Joe"
    Delicious!
    Multiple texture from the crisp outer shell on the eggs to the creamy sauge gravy poured over buttery and flaky biscuits. This is comfort food to the extreme. Perfect to get you going or great for climbing back into bed and sleeping it off.

    Since it looks like the eggs are looking at me...I would call this recipe "Are You Looking at Me, Biscuits & Eggs"...now say it the way Robert Deniro would say it! lol!

    For the competition, I would name this Sausage & Biscuits "Scotched". They do look like scotch eggs, but not Scotch in the true sense!
