Red onions in sauce. Sabretts makes a good one. I like Kuskiousko Mustard, any dark should be fine

Yep, the Onion Sauce recipe was somehow left out, which really turns this into a "huh" recipe.

While it is true that New York Hot Dogs are Spicy Brown Mustard (MUST be Gulden's and Saurekraut, you forgot the ONIONS! The onions cooked in a sauce that makes up the perfect New York Hot Dog.
