Tasteless. I added more cinnamon and more orange zest than called for and while it looked good, it was tasteless.

Got my Foodnetwork Magazine with this recipe in it and tried it immediately. IT.WAS.DELICICOUS!!! That little bit of orange zest was just enough without overpowering the casserole. We had all we could do not to lick the casserole dish when it was gone..I made it several times after that and it always came out exactly the same...I am sure I will make it many more times

We made this recipe for a potluck luncheon, but we didn't have bread crumbs, so we used Panko. Did not taste like my mother's kugel, but it was very delicious and won kudos at the luncheon.

After reading other comments, I decided to forge ahead with this recipe because it's too easy not to give it a try. I am SO glad that I did. The adults surrounding my table last night were "love at first bite" fans of this Noodle Kugel. For the hostess, so easy to put together. The food processor does the work. I did make a small casserole dish portion for the freezer and had no trouble baking the rest in a 2 quart casserole dish. I baked uncovered and left in the oven longer than noted (always the case with my oven. I waited until there were little bubbles appearing on the sides and across the surface and the cornflakes looked crunchy and started browning. So the texture was perfect after sitting a few minutes. The dish looked a bit liquidy when I had checked the first time...so just let bake until firm. Delcious. Too easy not to try this one!

I followed this recipe exactly as printed. It had such an unpleasant taste my family could not eat it. Would not make again

I do not understand how someone who is supposed to be knowledgeable of making up recipies would only put in that small amount of orange zest for all the volume of other ingredients. Why bother ?????

This dish was very good, but very important to pulse mixture very well, which I didnt do. Was not enough room in my food processor so only pulsed half way, tasted good but texture wasnt right
