This recipe is great, I use Canola oil, Almonds instead of Walnuts, and add 1/3 cup of raisins instead of 1/4. I cut back sugar, some and add a few Truivia packets, and add some ground flax seed mill. Love these cookies, better than store bought Granola bars !

great texture, crunchy outside chew inside cookie, but lacked some flavor. I added 2tbs of coffee and a sprinkle of cinnamon over each cookie before baking and backed it for 2 minutes longer.

My family will not eat nuts or raisons so I but in a cup of crunched up left over cereal, and omitted the chocolate and they were still very good.

We don't like raisins, so I made this recipe with craisins and slivered almonds, instead of raisins and walnuts. These cookies are to die for! They are better than a granola bar, but still taste like dessert because of the chocolate chips. These will be a staple at our house!

I'm not a fan of oatmeal cookies but these are great. I didn't have raisins so I incorporated dried figs after chopping them in a food processor.....delicious. The final result was a large, soft cookie loaded with good stuff. Next time I'll try cranberries.

Just got done making these delicious cookies and I will for sure be making them again and again. I made a few with just raisins as I'm not a big chocolate or nut fan and I LOVED them. From the looks of it the other cookies with everything in them are a hit as well. Thanks Food Network for such an awesome recipe.
